Dr. Computer  will  attempt  to backup or recover your programs
and  data at  your  request at the standard serivice rate. Loss
of  all  programs  and data may occur and Dr. Computer provides
no  guarantee  your programs  and  data will be preserved.  The
total liability  with  respect to  this work, whether based on
contract, warranty, negligence, indemnification, strict liability
or otherwise, shall not exceed the invoiced amount for the service
or product  upon which  liability  is based.  In no event shall
Dr. Computer be liable for consequential, incidental or special
damages. Dr. Computer shall not be responsible for your computer
left over 10 days after you’re notifed the work’s completion.
